A: Yes. Even though we do not directly bill your health insurance, we are HIPAA-compliant and your information is safe with us.

A: Yes. Our office is private and secure. There is no state registry. We are open by appointment only, so the chances of there being more than one other person waiting in the reception area are very slim.

A: Distribution is a legal gray-area in Washington state. Patients may grow and trade with one another. There are patient outreach services that can teach you how to grow your medicine, or how to find someone who can grow it for you.

A: No. We are a naturopathic health care service that verifies if conditions comply with state law and advise patients on the use of medicinal cannabis in our treatments when indicated for the patient’s symptoms, as well as many other therapies. Our recommendations are compliant with state law giving you legal protection to use cannabis in Washington.

A: No. An internet search should prove helpful. There are many local organizations that will teach you how to grow your medicine, and connect you with other patients who can provide for you. You or your caregiver can contact these organizations.
Q: Do you provide incentives for referrals?
A: Yes. If you refer a qualified patient to us and that patient mentions you on their intake form, you will receive $25 off your annual renewal rate per referral.
